Marcus & Millichap lists South Carolina development site for $22M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell Hartwell Commons, a 60.59-acre development site in Anderson, S.C., with an asking price of $22 million.

Lori Schneider of the firm's Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office will be representing the seller, a local private investor.

Hartwell Commons is located 12 miles from Clemson University at the intersection of Interstate 85 and Clemson Boulevard. Schneider said the site is best suited for a mixed-use or retail development.
