Chicago MXD property on the market for $10M

A 50,000 square foot mixed-use property featuring retail and office space in Chicago has been placed on the sales block with an asking price of $10.34 million, or $207 per square foot.

Stephen Rachman and Kyle Stengle of Marcus & Millichap's downtown Chicago office is representing the seller.

The building is located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood at 2551 North Clark St. and contains 50,000 square feet. The eight-story building is comprised of seven stories of office suites and currently has three retail tenants.
