UGL's Minneapolis office adds new senior VP

The Minneapolis, Minn., office of UGL Equis has hired Mark Evenson as senior vice president and managing director, where he will expand the firm's market share in the Twin Cities region.

Evenson is a former VP/managing director with The Staubach Company, where he started the firm's Twin Cities Branch as its sole employee in 2001. He was also a managing director/branch manager with Cushman & Wakefield's Minnesota branch.

He specializes in site selection, law firm lease transactions and portfolio solutions for large customers. He is a former employee of Welsh Companies, Inc., United Properties and Griffin Real Estate Company.
