Continental Realty enters Indianapolis multi-family market

Colorado-based Continental Realty Advisors has made its entrance into the Indianapolis market with the acquisition of the Riverchase Apartments from Carmel, Ind.-based JC Hart.

Steve LaMotte and Amy Burmeister of CB Richard Ellis represented JC Hart in the sale.

The Riverchase Apartments are located at 2730 Riverchase Drive. The complex contains 216 units and was built in 2001. It has a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

LaMotte, a senior vice president, has been with CBRE since 1994. Since that time, he has been involved in more than 131 apartment transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion.

Burmeister is a senior associate with CBRE and manages the operations of the multi-housing group and focuses on the sale of multi-housing properties in Indiana and Kentucky.
