Mirro Development sells vintage bank building in Chicago

Chicago, Ill.-based Mirro Development has sold the Fullerton State Bank building in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood for $3.05 million.

Michael Marks, Shaun Buss and Sean Lyons of Marcus & Millichap's Chicago office represented Mirro Development in the transaction.

The three-story building sold for $203 per square foot and is located at 1421-1425 W. Fullerton Ave. It was built in 1927 and housed the Fullerton State Bank. The building contains 15,000 square feet.
