5/8/2008Wrightwood Capital makes 19th acquisition for its Industrial Fund

Wrightwood Capital has purchased a flex/warehouse building in the Chicago suburb of Bolingbrook, Ill., for an undisclosed amount.
The deal was brokered by
Michael Caprile,
Ted Staszak,
Stephanie Park and
Traci Buckingham of
CB Richard Ellis.
The price was unreleased, but according to Will County property records, the building last sold in 2003 for $8.57 million.
The building is located within the Territorial Business Center at 3 Territorial Court in Bolingbrook, a town approximately 30 miles west of Chicago. Built in 2001, it is currently 100 percent leased to Goss International, a printing and publishing company. The property has 125,000 square feet, 56,000 of which is office space. The building was developed by the Ryan Companies and is the nineteenth acquisition on behalf of Wrightwood's Industrial Property Fund III.
Caprile, a vice chairman with CBRE, has been with the company since 1984. He previously specialized in commercial properties as a principal for an independent acquisitions group. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and was one of the top CBRE professionals in 2006.
Staszak is a senior vice president with CBRE's Oak Brook office and has been with the company since 1998. He joined the investment sales division in March 2001 and is a former credit analyst in the commercial loans division for First Bank of Oak Park.
Park is a senior associate and has been with the firm since 2002. She specializes in the disposition of office investment buildings and the recapitalization of institutional investment properties.
Buckingham, a first vice president with CBRE, focuses on working with logistics firms. She currently assists supply chain providers in making local, national and global real estate decisions.
