Silverman Group acquires Raritan Plaza III

Short Hills, N.J.-based Silverman Group has purchased the Raritan Plaza III office building in Edison from Montvale-based Ivy Equities.

Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut and Jose Cruz of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale.

Raritan Plaza III is a 182,616 square foot office building located at the entrance of the Raritan Center, a mixed-use business park. Built in 1981, it is situated on 13.5 acres at 105 Fieldcrest Ave. The six-story building is currently 96 percent occupied by 27 tenants.
