Hendricks & Partners sells San Diego apartment complex for $17.5M

San Mateo, Calif.-based G.W. Williams, Co. has purchased the Montecito Point apartments in San Diego for $17.5 million from locally-based Hillcrest Montecito, LP.

The buyer and the seller were represented in the deal by Steve Huffman of Hendricks & Partners.

The Montecito Point apartment complex is located at 4179 3rd Ave. and contains 72 units. Built in 1987, the property has a mix of one and two-bedroom units that sold for $243,055 per unit.
