5/9/2008Intelligent Holdings acquires Illinois industrial building

CB Richard Ellis has represented Intelligent Holdings in the purchase of a 43,370 square foot industrial building in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights from Crystal Springs, LLC.
The price was unreleased, but the building had an asking price of $3.5 million.

Brett Kroner represented Intelligent Holdings while the seller was represented by Chris Volkert of
Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler.
Built in 1999, the property is located at 2461 Oakton St. It contains 8,650 square feet of office space.
Bain is a senior associate with CBRE's industrial services group. He specializes in the Chicagoland industrial market and has been with the firm since 2003.
Puritz is a senior vice president with CBRE's Bannockburn office. He is a member of the firm's industrial properties group and is a former senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an industrial broker in the Chicago area from 1988-2002.
Kroner is also a senior vice president and he specializes in industrial properties. He was the Greater Chicago Food Depository "Industrial Broker of the Year" in 2005. He began his career in 1999 with Cushman & Wakefield and was the firm's "Rookie of the Year."
