Transwestern adds Mullin as principal

Houston, Texas-based Transwestern has added Daryl Mullin to its Dallas office. He will serve as a principal of the company's brokerage services group.

Mullin joins Transwestern after spending 16 years with Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas, where he was the firm's "Top Producer" in 2004. He will also serve on the executive committee of Transwestern Dallas' leadership team.

At his new post, Mullin will specialize in tenant advisory, dispositions and agency leasing services for Dallas clients.
