Smaniotto joins CBRE's Global Property Advisors

The Chicago, Ill., office of CB Richard Ellis has added Tony Smaniotto to its Global Property Advisors group.

Smaniotto has been with CBRE since 1985 and was a former city planner and economic development official in suburban Chicago. He was awarded the NAIOP Downtown Investment Transaction of the Year in 2005 and 2006.

Global Property Advisors is a specialty group within CBRE's Capital Markets platform that services the firm's offshore investors.

Smaniotto earned his B.A. in urban planning from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. in finance/real estate from DePaul University. He was recently featured in crefeed.com's Five Questions With...
