Illinois student apartments offered for $21.85M

Aspen Court Student Apartments

Aspen Court, LLC has placed the Aspen Court Student Apartments in Macomb, Ill., on the sales block with an asking price of $21.85 million, or $95,415 per unit.

The complex is being marketed by Shaun Buss and Sean Lyons of Marcus & Millichap's downtown Chicago office.

The multi-family property is comprised of 20 two and three-story buildings on 11.7 acres at 324-330 Wigwam Hollow Rd. and 1505-1531 West Jackson St. Built between 2004-2008, the 229-unit complex was 100 percent leased at the time of sale and is less than one mile from the campus of Western Illinois University.
