Pacific View Properties sells San Diego office building

1060 8th Ave.

Pacific View Properties has sold a 34,000 square foot office property in San Diego, Calif., for $7.6 million to La Jolla Car Wash, a San Diego-based automotive services and repair company.

Brian Mulvaney and Jon Boland of Voit Commercial Brokerage's San Diego office represented the seller while the buyer was represented by Jeff Hoffman and Hans Strom of Strom Commercial.

The four-story building is located in downtown San Diego at 1060 8th Ave. and is currently occupied by a single tenant Woodbury University, which plans to vacate the property this summer.
