Marcus & Millichap offers Pennsylvania MXD project for $18M

The Philadelphia, Pa., office of Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell the Goodnoe's Corner mixed-use development in Newtown on behalf of the seller, Joseph W. McGrath of the J.W. McGrath Organization.

The property has an asking price of $18 million, or $505 per square foot, and is being marketed by Marcus & Millichap's Jeffrey Marquis, along with Tom Gorman and Matt Gorman.

Goodnoe's Corner is a six-building facility that includes four apartments units on 3.96 acres. It is located at the intersection of State Highway 532 and 332 at 290 North Sycamore St. Built in 2008, it contains 35,653 square feet and is being offered with a 6.62 percent capitalization rate.
