Goddard Investment Group sells Houston office building

Griffin Partners 675 Bering L.P. has purchased an eight-story office building in Houston, Texas for an undisclosed amount from Atlanta, Ga.-based Goddard Investment Group.

Dan Miller and Marty Hogan of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokered the sale on behalf of Goddard Investment.

The building is situated on two acres at 675 Bering Drive and contains 135,680 square feet. It was 70 percent occupied at the time of sale to tenants including First Investors, Foster & Associates and Cafe Express. The acquisition includes a six-level, 386-space parking garage.
