Voit Commercial expands retail division

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Voit Commercial Brokerage has expanded its retail division with the addition of Anthony Villasenor as senior vice president.

Villasenor brings with him a four-person retail team comprised of himself, Michael Christopher, Ryan Gonzales and Chris Belaire. The group specializes in landlord and tenant representation, shopping center leasing and acquisitions of land and retail centers.

Villasenor was a founding partner of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in 1986 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
