CTMT brokers sale of Indianapolis land parcel

D.W. Wright Properties has purchased a development site in the Indianapolis suburb of Greenwood, Ind., for $1 million from George M. Bixler Sr. Trust.

Juergen Sommer of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller in the transaction.

The site is a 1.18-acre parcel containing 51,140 square feet. It is located at 1151-1209 Stop 11 Rd. The buyer was represented by Jim Conklin of Lopp Real Estate.

Sommer is a senior associate with CTMT and specializes in land services in the firm's Indianapolis office.
