Meritex brings Weber Building to full occupancy

Roseville, Minn.-based Meritex Properties has brought the Weber Building in Rogers to full occupancy with the 71,148 square foot lease to Profile Companies.

The lease was brokered by John Ryden and Tom Lelich of CB Richard Ellis' Minneapolis office.

The Weber Building is located at 13251 George Weber Dr. and is also occupied by Arch Aluminum, which leases 70,000 square feet. Profile Companies is a company that specializes in powder coating services for metal, wood and MDF products.

Ryden is a senior vice president with CBRE and specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Twin Cities area. He has been with the firm since 1986.

Lelich, a first vice president, is an industrial specialist with CBRE. He also specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Twin Cities area. Lelich was promoted to first VP in 1995.
