HFF provides $28.5M for purchase of Minneapolis office building

The Los Angeles office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has provided $28.5 million in acquisition financing to City Center Retail, LLC, for the purchase of a 346,000 square foot office building in Minneapolis, Minn.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's John Crump and Scott McMullin arranged the four-year loan with GE Real Estate.

The nine-story building is located at 800 Washington Ave. and is currently 76 percent leased. It is located in Western Minneapolis' central business district and includes a 640-space parking garage.
