Southtown Properties acquires Bloomington retail building for $2.26M

Bloomington, Minn.-based Southtown Properties, LLC has purchased a single-story retail building in Bloomington for $2.26 million from WSL Partnership, LLP.

The deal was brokered by Andy Chana of Marcus & Millichap.

The retail building is located at 2631 Southtown Dr. and contains 7,160 square feet. Built in 2005, it was fully leased at the time of sale to Atlantic Buffet restaurant.
