Hendricks & Partners negotiates sale of St. Louis apartments

Clayton, Mo.-based Shrewsbury, LLC has sold the Shrewsbury Part apartment complex in St. Louis for an undisclosed amount to a locally-based private investor.

The deal was brokered on behalf of both parties by Ken Aston and Paul Cunningham of Hendricks & Partners' St. Louis office.

Shrewsbury Park is a 27-unit apartment complex located at 4604 and 4608 Shrewsbury Park Ave. and 7417, 7419, 7421 and 7423 Murdoch Ave. it contains a unit mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments.
