Ennis Commercial offers retail center for $15.9M

Ennis Commercial Properties is selling the River Oaks Shopping Center, a 140,055 square foot retail plaza in Sacramento, Calif. The property has an asking price of $15.9 million.

Robert Pechal of Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento office is representing Ennis Commercial in the offering.

The retail center is located at 3860-4040 Florin Rd. and is being sold for $114 per square foot. It consists of two anchor tenant and junior anchor tenant buildings on an 11.9-acre lot. It's currently occupied by tenants including Food Maxx, Rite Aid and Goodwill Industries.
