REM Ramsey signs $1.4M lease in St. Paul

Berwald Investment Company has leased 13,040 square feet of office space in St. Paul, Minn., to REM Ramsey Inc. for $1.4 million.

Peter Dufour and David Stokes of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Minneapolis office represented Berwald Investment in the deal.

REM Ramsey, a service provider for individuals with disabilities, is leasing approximately 65 percent of the two-story building. It is located at 2266 2nd St. North and contains 20,000 square feet.
