Suburban Seattle apartments bring $28M

FSC Saddlebrook Associates, a subsidiary of Beverly Hills, Calif.-based FSC Realty, LLC, has purchased the Saddlebrook Apartments in Des Moines, Wash., for $28.3 million from Denver, Colo.-based Simpson Housing, LLLP.

Kenny Dudunakis of Hendricks & Partners' Seattle office represented both parties in the deal.

The apartment community is located at 2100 South 260th St. and contains 223 units. It is comprised of 22 three-story buildings with a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
