St. Paul industrial building up for auction

A single-story industrial property in St. Paul, Minn., will be put up for auction in June with a minimum starting bid of $1.65 million. The property's owner is Plymouth-based Digital Investors, LLC, according to Ramsey County property records.

The building is being marketed by David Stokes of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

The building is located at 300 York Ave. and contains 68,030 square feet. It is situated on a 211,266 square foot lot and was built in 1981. The property is being offered for $24.25 per square foot and was formerly occupied by Digital Excellence.

Stokes is a vice president with CTMT and specializes in industrial property sales and leasing. He is a former employee of the St. Paul Port Authority and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the University of Pennsylvania.
