Department of Homeland Security building sells for $10.7M

KEY West GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Kiely Commercial Inc., has sold an 11,305 square foot office building in Key West, Fla., for $10.7 million to Craig and Kurt Hoffman.

The seller was represented by Alex Zylberglait and Ryan Shaw of Marcus & Millichap's Miami office, while Donald MacLaren Jr., Tom Gorman, Matt Gorman and Andrew Janick represented the buyers.

Built in 2006, the building is located at 2000 North Roosevelt Blvd. and is currently occupied by the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Immigration and Custom Enforcement. The two-story property is situated on a 50,094 square foot lot.
