Marcus & Millichap lists Wisconsin retail center for $12.78M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell Grand Chute Square, a 103,952 square foot shopping center in Grand Chute, Wis. The property has an asking price of $12.78 million.

Jason Ladner of Marcus & Millichap's Milwaukee office is representing the seller, Lokre Development Company.

The retail site is located at 4731 West Lawrence St. and was built in 2000. It's being offered for $123 per square foot and is situated on a 10.9 -acre lot. The property is currently occupied on triple-net leases by Ashley Furniture and Gordmans.
