Chevy Chase Bank buys Virginia development site

Chevy Chase Bank has purchased a 35,719 square foot development lot in Leesburg, Va., from Johnson's Charcoal Beef House Associates and Fletchers/Sadak, Inc.

Phil Mudd, Jayne Shister and Christopher Woods of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller in the deal.

The site is located at the corner of Route 7 and Catoctin Circle at 401 East Market St. It is currently the home of Johnson's Charcoal Beef House and will house a new Chevy Chase Bank branch building.
