5/29/2008Wrightwood Capital provides acquisition financing for Minneapolis office building
by Wrightwood Capital has provided $17 million in acquisition financing to Los Angeles, Calif.-based RPD Catalyst for an eleven-story office building in downtown Minneapolis, Minn. RPD Catalyst purchased the building for $10 million from Base Management and plans to invest an additional $10 million for renovations and upgrades. The building, called Renaissance Square, is located in Minneapolis' Central Business District at 50 Nicollet Mall. It contains 139,000 square feet and was built in 1898.
