The Houston, Texas, office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has been hired to market and sell the One Briar Lake Plaza office tower in Houston.

Jeff Hollinden, Robert Williamson, Glenn Whitmore, Barbara Guffey and Scott Galloway are representing the seller, Crescent Real Estate Equities, LP.

The 20-story office building is located at 2000 West Sam Houston Parkway South. Built in 2000, it contains 502,410 square feet and a 2,068-space parking garage. The tower is 94.7 percent leased and is situated on a 9.4-acre lot. It is being offered without a formal asking price.
