Florida retail center hits the market with $12M asking price

The Shoppes at Ocoee, a 33,558 square foot retail plaza in Ocoee, Fla., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $12.17 million, or $363 per square foot.

The property is being marketed by Nicholas Ledvora and Adam Gardner of Marcus & Millichap's Orlando office.

The retail center is located at 10135 West Colonial Dr. and contains 33,558 square feet. Built in 2007, it is comprised of 12 stores on a 4.86-acre lot and is currently occupied by tenants such as AT&T, Chipotle, CiCi Pizza, Golf Etc., Heartland Dental, InkStop and TooJay's Deli.
