Hendricks & Partners negotiates sale of Chicago multi-family

Governors House Apartments, LP has purchased the Governor's House Apartments in University Park, Ill., for an undisclosed amount from Dallas, Texas-based LSF5 Governor's House, LLC.

The transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller by Ralph DePasquale and Bill Montana of Hendricks & Partners' Chicago office.

The apartment complex is located at 851 Burnham Dr. in University Park, a town approximately 40 miles south of Chicago. It contains 96 units and was purchased in foreclosure. The buyer plans to renovate the property.

Earlier this year, DePasquale and Montana brokered the sale of the Ridge Apartments in West Chicago for an undisclosed amount.
