Chicago apartments being offered for $12.45M

The Chatham Grove Apartments, a 240-unit apartment community in Chicago, Ill., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $12.45 million, or $51,875 per unit.

The property is being marketed by Steve Livaditis and John Olar of Marcus & Millichap's Chicago office.

The complex is located at 8332 S. Cottage Grove and is situated on a six-acre lot. It is comprised of seven buildings on 132,260 square feet and has a unit mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
