Uppal Enterprises has purchased the Manufacturers Building in downtown Minneapolis, Minn., for an undisclosed price from Manufacturers Building, LLC.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed but the building had a listing price of $3.95 million.
The building was marketed and sold by
Nancy Frykman,
Kai Thomsen and
Lee Tuchfarber of
Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Minneapolis office.
The Manufacturers Building is located in Minneapolis' warehouse entertainment district at 401 First Ave. North. It contains 52,175 square feet of retail and office space and will be renamed by the buyer.
Thomsen is a senior associate with CTMT and specializes in health and medical services, office leasing and tenant representation. He is a former employee of Welsh Companies and Equis Corporation and is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
Tuchfarber is an associate with CTMT and has been with the firm since 2005. He is a former employee of Denver East, LLC and earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
