Minnesota office/manufacturing property on the market for $13M

The Minneapolis, Minn., office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is marketing a 167,000 square foot office and manufacturing building in Maple Grove with an asking price of $13 million.

Mark Kolsrud and Duane Poppe are handling the offering. The current owner is Chicago, Ill.-based FR/CAL Maple Grove, LLC, according to Hennepin County property records.

The building is located at 11601 93rd Ave. North and is situated on 13 acres. It contains 10,300 square feet of open office space and seven docks with 14 acres of excess land.
