CTMT handles $1.15M lease in Minnesota

Buffalo Wild Wings has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Monticello, Minn., for $1.15 million from S.B. 22, LLC.

The transaction was brokered by Molly Townsend of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

The retail building is located on School Blvd. and Highway 25 in Monticello, a town approximately 40 miles northwest of Minneapolis. Buffalo Wild Wings is the only tenant in the building, which was recently completed.

Townsend is an associate with CTMT and has been with the firm since 2004. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
