Faris Lee lists Renaissance Center for $32.4M

Faris Lee Investments is offering for sale the Renaissance Center, a 132,363 square foot shopping center in Victorville, Calif., with an asking price of $32.4 million.

Donald MacLellan and Dennis Vaccaro are representing the seller, Los Angeles-based Renaissance Victorville, LLC.

The property is located at 16200 Bear Valley Rd. and is situated on 13.14 acres. It is currently 100 percent occupied to tenants including Food 4 Less, Rite Aid and 24 Hour Fitness. The majority of the property was built in 1990 while a Rite Aid was added in 2007.
