New York City industrial building on the market for $14.25M


An 84,100 square foot industrial building in Corona, N.Y., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $14.25 million, or $169 per square foot. Marcus & Millichap is handling the offering.

Peter Vassiliou, John Bevilacqua and Danny Kim of the firm's Manhattan office are representing the seller.

The building is located at 96-18 43rd Ave. in Corona, a town approximately 11 miles east of New York City. It sits on a 55,000 square foot lot and currently has 16 units that are completely occupied.
