Oklahoma City retail property on the block for $12.25M

Boise, Idaho-based Hawkins Companies has placed the Sportsman's Warehouse & Quail Springs Retail Shops in Oklahoma City, Okla., on the sales block with an asking price of $12.25 million, or $183 per square foot.

Jamie Medress of Marcus & Millichap is representing Hawkins Companies in the offering.

The retail property is comprised of a one-story, multi-tenant building on 9.47 acres. It is currently 98 percent leased on triple-net leases to tenants such as Sportsman's Warehouse, Howard Sports, Push Pedal and Pull and AT&T.

Built in 2007, the property contains 66,54 square feet and is located at 2140 W. Memorial Rd.
