Massachusetts distribution buildings bring $38.5M

Scarsdale, N.Y.-based Rabina Properties has purchased two distribution buildings in Auburn, Mass., for $38.5 million from Boston-based Liberty Properties.

Riaz Cassum, Coleman Benedict and Porter Terry of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Boston office represented the seller in the transaction.

Built in 2008, the two buildings are located at 26 and 28 Millbury St. and contain an aggregate 667,000 square feet. The 26 location is a 210,000 square foot distribution center for Interline Brands. The 28 location is a 457,000 square foot distribution hub for Filene's Basement.
