Griffin Cos. arranges 5,300 sf lease in Bloomington

Professional Edge, Inc. has leased 5,300 square feet of office space in Bloomington, Minn., for $1.7 million from the building's landlord, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Professional Edge was represented in the deal by Minneapolis-based Griffin Companies, while Metropolitan was represented by Gordon Hampson of Cushman & Wakefield.

The 15-story building is located at 3800 American Blvd. West. Professional Edge signed a 10-year lease at the building in order to accommodate business expansion.
