Abramson joins CBRE's Multi-Housing Group

Ted Abramson has joined CB Richard Ellis' Multi-Housing Group in Minneapolis, Minn., where he will focus on multi-family properties.

Abramson has been with CBRE since 2005 and previously worked in the firm's global corporate services division. He is a graduate of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and will work with owners and investors of apartment properties with 20 to 100 units.

The Multi-Housing Group has represented sellers in more than 100 transactions with an aggregate value of $1.6 billion. Other members of the group include Keith Collins, Abe Appert, Laura Hanneman and Elissa Lindberg.
