Marcus & Millichap lists West Michigan housing portfolio for $28.5M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a West Michigan portfolio of three manufactured home communities in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Mich. The portfolio has an asking price of $28.5 million.

Douglas Danny of the firm's San Diego, Calif., office is representing the seller in the offering.

The portfolio contains 1,150 spaces and must be purchased as a package. It contains the following
- 343 spaces on 109.55 acres at 4456 13 Mile Rd. NE, Rockford, Mich.
- 612 spaces at 114.4 acres at 5374 East Deedwood Dr., Portage, Mich.
- 195 spaces on 31.49 acres at 5500 West KL Ave., Kalamazoo, Mich.

Size: 1,150 spaces
