Jason's Deli signs 10-year lease in Eden Prairie

Jason's Deli has signed a 10-year lease for 5,000 square feet of retail space in Eden Prairie, Minn.

The landlord was represented in the deal by Linda Zelm, Suzie Rettinger and John Tramm of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies, while Tony Strauss of NAI Welsh Companies represented Jason's Deli.

The retail space is located at 11995 Singletree Lane in a development that features 105,000 square feet of office space. It is currently occupied by retailers such as Hot Mama, Kona Grill and Aurora Jewelers.
