Washington retail center on the market for $12.2M

South Meridian Properties, LLC has placed the South Meridian Retail Center in Puyallup, Wash., on the sales block with an asking price of $12.2 million, or $373 per square foot.

Joel Deis, Michael Morgan, Joshua Nelson and Chris Secreto of Marcus & Millichap are representing South Meridian.

The retail property is situated on 5.35 acres at 18710 Meridian Ave. Built in 2006, it contains 32,702 square feet and is currently occupied by tenants such as Destination Harley-Davidson, Malibu Tanning, Pizza Hut and The Gun Shop.
