Columbus multi-family fetches $3.7M

Dublin, Ohio-based Hidden Acres Acquisition, LLC has acquired the Hidden Acres East apartments in Columbus for $3.7 million from Dublin-based T&R Properties.

Eric Taylor and Mark Rohr of Hendricks & Partners' Detroit, Mich., office brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.

The apartment complex is located at 1359 Yorkland Rd. and contains 84 units. It was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale and sold with a 7.52 percent capitalization rate. The buyer plans to invest in interior and exterior renovations.
