Marcus & Millichap to market $11.85M lease in St. Louis

Marcus & Millichap has the listing for the lease of a 53,411 square foot Shop 'n Save in the St. Louis suburb of Ballwin, Mo., with an asking price of $11.85 million.

John Perry of the firm's Dallas, Texas, office is representing the seller in the offering.

The property, which is being offered for $222 per square foot, is located at 1144 Meramec Station Rd. in Ballwin, a town approximately 20 miles west of St. Louis. Built in 2007, it is situated on 6.7 acres and includes a cell tower leased to Global Tower, LLC.
