Grubb & Ellis pays $14M for New Hampshire office building

Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT has paid $14.2 million for the Nutfield Professional Center in the Manchester suburb of Derry, N.H.

The building is located at 44 Birch St. and contains 70,000 square feet. It was built in 1963 and renovated in 1990 and again in 1996. The property is currently master-leased to HCA Health Services of New Hampshire, Inc.
