Rockford shopping center listed for $11.9M

JTJ, LLC is selling the Brynwood Square Shopping Center in Rockford, Ill., with an asking price of $11.9 million.

Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap's Oak Brook office is representing JTJ in the offering.

The grocery-anchored shopping center is located at the intersection of Spring Creek Rd. and Mulford Rd. at 2627 N. Mulford Rd. It contains 122,281 square feet and is anchored by a 71,800 square foot Kroger Supermarket.
