GVA adds Olenchalk as VP

by
Evanston, Ill.-based GVA Kidder Matthews has added John Olenchalk as vice president to its Redwood City, Calif., office.

Olenchalk is a 23-year real estate veteran and is a former employee of NAI BT Commercial. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, he played in the National Football League for the Kansas City Chiefs.

With GVA Kidder Matthews, Olenchalk will specialize in R&D, life science and industrial properties.
